Carthage Water and Electric has recently introduced the second generation of its mobile application, known as Mobile Customer Access (MCA). This updated app further empowers customers by providing round-the-clock access to their accounts.

• Customers can now not only check their balances and payment history but also make payments, view usage graphs, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• The latest release brings additional features like viewing payment arrangement balances, monitoring enrolled programs, accessing enhanced usage graphs, signing up for notifications, reporting outages, exploring the outage map (if applicable), finding utility contact information, and receiving messages upon logging in.
• Moreover, customers can conveniently log in using biometric methods such as fingerprint or facial recognition for added security.
